1. Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Positions

Number of Vacancies: Multiple (subject-specific)

Essential Qualifications:
Candidates applying for TGT positions must meet one of the following educational criteria:

1. Four-Year Integrated Degree Course from the Regional College of Education of NCERT with at least 50% marks.
2. Post-Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks and a three-year integrated B.Ed./M.Ed.
3. Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 50% marks in the concerned subject(s) and aggregate.

Subject-wise Educational Requirements:

• Mathematics: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with any two of the following: Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Science: Bachelor’s degree in Science with any two of the following: Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, or Physics.
• Computer Science: BCA, Graduation in Computer Science, B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/IT), or Graduation in any subject with an A-Level course from DOEACC (Ministry of Information & Communication Technology).
• Social Science: Bachelor’s degree with any two of the following: History, Geography, Economics, or Political Science (one must be History or Geography).
• English: Bachelor’s degree with English as a subject in all three years.
• Hindi: Bachelor’s degree with Hindi as a subject in all three years.

Additional Requirements:

• B.Ed. or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
• Passing the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by CBSE or State Governments as per NCTE guidelines.
• Proficiency in teaching in English medium.
• Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications.

Note: Relaxation in B.Ed. qualification is not applicable for TGT (Computer Science).

2. Primary Teacher (PRT) Positions

Number of Vacancies: 4

Essential Qualifications:

1. Graduation with at least 50% marks in the relevant subject or combination of subjects.
2. B.El.Ed. or a two-year D.El.Ed. qualification.

Alternative Eligibility:
Candidates with B.Ed. or Integrated B.Ed. may apply, provided they complete a six-month PDPET/Bridge Course from an NCTE-recognized institute within two years of recruitment or commencement of the course.

Additional Requirements:

• Passing the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or Teacher Eligibility Test (TET).
• Proficiency in teaching in English medium.
• Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications.

Selection Process of APS Tenga Valley Recruitment 2025

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
