Step-by-Step Guide to Gauhati High Court Judicial Assistant Recruitment 2024 Apply Online
Candidates should have a valid email ID and mobile number to register.
Phase 1: Register on the Gauhati High Court website (https://ghconline.gov.in) by selecting “Online Application for Judicial Assistant” and click on “New Registration.” The system will generate a Registration Code.
Phase 2: Log in using the Registration Code and Date of Birth, then complete your profile details and save them.
Phase 3: Upload a recent passport-size photograph (354 x 276 pixels, 5-30 KB) and signature (118 x 276 pixels, 5-30 KB). Acceptable formats: .jpg, .png, or .gif.
Phase 4: After completing the online application, print the fee payment challan. Payment can be made at any SBI branch, and candidates must retain the challan with the bank’s stamp for future reference.
After two working days, the payment details will reflect in your account, allowing you to print the Acknowledgement Receipt and Application Form for future reference.

Selection Process for Gauhati High Court Judicial Assistant Recruitment 2024
The selection process consists of two stages:
Stage 1: Written Examination
- Format: Objective-type multiple-choice questions
- Duration: 2 hours
- Total Marks: 120
- Subjects Tested: English Proficiency, General Knowledge, General Aptitude and Reasoning, and Assamese language proficiency (20 marks).
- Qualifying Criteria: A minimum of 8 marks (40%) in the Assamese language section is required to qualify for the Interview/Viva Voce.
Stage 2: Interview/Viva Voce

- Eligibility: Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:3 ratio based on written exam performance.
- Minimum Requirement: 12 marks (60%) in the interview to qualify.
