1. Senior Advisor (Technical)
- Pay Scale: ₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200 (Level 14)
- Number of Posts: 01
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 years as of the closing date of the application.
- Eligibility:
Candidates must be officers from Central/State Governments, Union Territories, or Recognized Research Institutions/PSUs with one of the following criteria:- Holding an analogous post in the Level 14 pay matrix on a regular basis.
- Holding a Level 13A post for 2 years.
- Holding a Level 13 post for 3 years.
- Educational Qualifications:
- Doctorate or M.E./M. Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics & Communications, Instrumentation, Geo Informatics, Geospatial Technologies, Agriculture, Food Processing, or IT from a recognized institute.
- Experience:
- PhD holders must have at least 17 years of experience.
- Master’s degree holders must have 18 years of experience in Geospatial Technologies, Communications, Agriculture, Food Processing, and related fields.
2. Accounts Officer
- Pay Scale: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400 (Level 7)
- Number of Posts: 01
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 years as of the closing date.
- Eligibility:
Officers working in Central/State Governments, Union Territories, PSUs, or recognized research institutions with one of the following criteria:- Holding an analogous post in the Level 7 pay matrix.
- Having 5 years of regular service in the Level 6 pay matrix.
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
- 5 years of experience in handling audit and accounts work.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations related to accounting.
3. Private Secretary
- Pay Scale: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400 (Level 7)
- Number of Posts: 01
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 years as of the closing date.
- Eligibility:
Officers working in Central/State Governments, Union Territories, or recognized research institutions with:- 5 years of service in Level 6.
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in stenography (100 words per minute) and typing (40 words per minute).
- Desirable: Diploma in Secretarial Practice and proficiency in computer operations.
4. Personal Assistant
- Pay Scale: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400 (Level 6)

- Age Limit: Maximum 56 years as of the closing date.
- Eligibility:
Officers working in Central/State Governments or recognized research institutions with:- 6 years of regular service in the Level 5 pay matrix.
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in stenography (80 words per minute) and typing (30 words per minute).
- Desirable: Diploma in Secretarial Practice and proficiency in computer operations.
