Minimum Eligibility Criteria for Swahid Dayal Das Panika Swaniyojan Achoni

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam and must belong to the Tea Tribes and Adivasi community.
• The applicants shall be between 20 to 35 years of age as of 1st January of this year, i.e., 2024.
• The applicants shall be self-employed youths only belonging to the Tea Tribes and Adivasi Community.
• Only one applicant per family shall be selected for financial assistance.
• An undertaking on the annual family income stating that it does not exceed Rs. 5.00 Lakh per annum must be submitted by the Parent/Guardian as per the provided format.

1. Original copy of Birth Certificate/HSLC Admit/HSLC Pass Certificate as age proof
2. Original copy of caste certificate
3. Undertaking affirming having less than 10 Bighas of land
4. Undertaking on family income as per the attached format
5. Original copy of Voter ID/Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License
6. Self-declaration by the applicant as per the prescribed format along with a photograph of the applicant in front of the business establishment
7. Recommendation letter from the Chairman to be uploaded
